Here a picture of the bottom when open, at the upper left corner you see the electromotor picture
I found this old calculator at a flomarket, they asked too much but i could lower the price to a reasonal amound.
They told me it was a punch-machine but I directly saw it wasn't, its a mechanical calculator from around 1940 / 1950 i think. It is driven by an electromotor to make al the numbers turn to the richt place. The motor doesn't work at the moment but I could test the machine; at the right is a little hole to turn it by hand with a srewdrewer. Nice to see it is still working!
It can handle up to 12 "digits" and also you can count the amount of calculations in the most upper row, strange enough it will count back if you choose a negative number.
You can reset differens nivo's by pushing differend buttons, the smal red one (down the 1) for each colom, the right red one with the "-" mark to reset all coloms and the two black at the upper richt for the two readout rows
Who can tell me more about this calculator, it is named Metall, sold by a Dutch company called Ruys' Handelsonderneming N.V.
